Overview

A Neo Geo AES setup designed for players who want component video, dedicated stereo audio output, and built-in save memory.

This model features dedicated RCA audio jacks installed on the rear of the console, allowing stereo sound to be connected directly to external speakers, amplifiers, or compatible displays.

Component video is provided through the included RGB to Component (YPbPr) Video Converter, custom-designed by WAKU WAKU R specifically for use with the Neo Geo AES. The dedicated RCA outputs provide a separate stereo audio connection, while the original Neo Geo multi-out retains its original mono audio output.

Built-in save memory allows game save data to be stored without an external Neo Geo Memory Card. When an external Memory Card is inserted, the console automatically switches to the external card. The built-in memory uses FRAM technology, so no battery is required to retain saved data.

The console has also received a full capacitor replacement. The original removed capacitors are included with the console as a record of the recap work.
